How to Achieve Yummy KISSABLE Lips.

How to Achieve Yummy KISSABLE Lips.

If you have, or want to prevent dry, crusty, flaky, or scaly lips, then you're at the right place!  Exfoliating your lips and “Lip Sanding” (Lip Scrubbing) as we call it, is great to include into your lip care routine. Exfoliating scrubs off and removes some of your most dead, dry and flakiest of skin leftover on your lips. Here are step by step instructions on how to get extremely soft, kissable lips.

Lip Sanding (Lip Scrubbing)

Home ingredients include:

Un-petroleum Jelly, Coconut Oil, Brown Sugar, Water, Fresh Organic Lemon, Empty Container, Teaspoon, and Lip Balm.

Step One: Get an empty cosmetics container.

Step Two: Place a teaspoon of coconut oil, a teaspoon of brown sugar and a little amount of squeezed lemon juice into the empty container.

    • The coconut oil is used as a natural moisturizing base. The lemon juice naturally lightens the skin. While, the brown sugar is used as a sweet yummy scrub, removing the dead and chapped skin.

Step Three: *Stir it twice* Make sure that it's still very grainy.

Step Four: Apply a decent amount of the scrub onto your lips. Massage the scrub back and forth, or in circular motions on your lips (only for a minute, tops!). Observe your lips to see if the majority of your dead skin has been removed.

Step Five: Rinse off your lips with water. Apply the un-petroleum jelly or a lip balm.

    • Un-petroleum Jelly locks in moisture, it’s a plant powered protectant with bee’s wax, moisture rich coconut oil, soothing protective vitamin E, this botanically-based. Perfect for your post lip care routine.

Tooth Brush Exfoliating

For this technique you will only need a tooth brush, squeezed lemon juice, and coconut oil.

Step One: Apply a little amount of coconut oil, and a little amount of lemon juice on the tooth brush.

Step Two: Apply the tooth brush on your lips, then scrub them in circular motions. (Exfoliate for only a minute, or two. You don’t want to exfoliate for a long period of time, it can cause extreme soreness. Too much of something, isn't always good for you.)

Step Three: Rinse of your lips with water once you have felt that all of the dead skin has been removed.

We hope this helped out all of the Goddesses out there with achieving kissable lips. XOXO
