  • Vitamin C â€“ this important vitamin reduces the damage induced by the sun’s UV rays, although it’s not a sunscreen, it protects us against free radicals. Free radicals are unstable atoms, which causes illness like skin cancer in the body. Administering vitamin C topically (through the skin) has a better effect than taking it orally. It can likewise reduce inflammation caused by acne and lighten the skin.

  • Vitamin A â€“ also known as Retinol, diminishes fine lines by stimulating collagen production and lightening dark patches on the skin. There are actually two types of vitamin A, which are retinoids and carotenoids

  • Vitamin B6 â€“ a water-soluble vitamin that reduces sebum on the skin (oily skin). This mean it would be able to help control the oily skin.

  • Copper â€“ reduces the fine lines and wrinkles, lightens the skin and fights against damage from free radicals.

  • Potassium â€“ keeps skin cells hydrated to moisturized.

  • Magnesium â€“ helps to reduce oily skin, acne, and rosacea.

  • Beta-carotene - boosts immunity and protects the skin against bacteria and toxins.

  • Vitamin E â€“ a fat-soluble vitamin that’s famous for hydrating the skin.

  • Vitamin K â€“ a fat-soluble vitamin that helps to reduce stretch marks and spider veins.

Helps to Fight and Prevent Acne Breakouts:

This is for the goddesses that are dealing with the misery of having bad acne.

The Beta-carotene is the element that puts reoccurring clogged pores to bed. Mangoes has anti-inflammatory and anti-irritation properties. Applying organic mashed-up mangoes on to your skin can help to clear the pores and prevent blackheads and pimples. It can also reduce the appearance of scaly skin that has been caused by acne.

It’s best to apply mashed mango or rub mango skin on your face at night before bed, leave it on for 10-15min, then wash off all of the residue after.

Glowing Skin Appearance

It’s very important to maintain the life of your skin. (especially as a woman). Mangoes is packed with Beta-carotene and Vitamin A. The carotenoids in mangoes can help improve and enrich skin health.

Apply mango skin early in the morning before taking a shower, then let it set for 10 minutes. Wash off all of the mango residue and see how your face glows!

Applying mango skin on your face gives your skin an automatic boost! People will be wondering how you always look so lively at all times, even in the mornings.

Youthful, Ageless and Flawless Skin:

Mangoes are high in antioxidants and phytochemicals that protect the body from free radicals (that damage the skin and induce premature aging). Using the pulp of the mango to create a moisturizing treatment can help your skin to look and feel younger. Vitamins A and C help to maintain your immune system by producing collagen proteins. Collagen proteins are the connections to amino acids that build the body’s connective tissue. Each year as we get older, the collagen in our skin decreases by one percent. Vitamin A (Retinoids) stimulate and aids collagen production, making it highly successful at reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles; also boosts cellular reproduction to make collagen and protects the skin against premature aging.

Removes Dark Spots:

The nutrients that are packed into mango skin can reduce dark spots and patchy skin tone, leaving it absolutely flawless.

You can actually lather your skin with fresh mango skin, after eating your mango, or you can grab a Potato peeler and remove the mango skin, then apply it on to your face.
